“Daniel Palillo is a Helsinki-based fashion designer with a penchant for the monstrous and the symbolic. In a world of his own, Palillo has explored oversizesdsilhouettes, anthropomorphic motives and three-dimensional structures throughout the eponymous label’s collections since 2006.”

Daniel Palillo asked us for the unusual, quoting: “things shouldn’t be perfect” and that was the difficult part to achieve the unique roughness to match with the designer ideas . His production took place in Europe. Instead of sending his clothing’s around the world we decided to created his embroidery’s in the shape of big, huge and small patches and send those to Finland for final attachment sewing on the clothing’s. We very much enjoy working with Daniel. He challenges us on many levels. Together we did many projects recreating his art and inspiration in to embroidery’s. items such as his Oil Paintings , Monster Velcro patches, Huge 3 piece in one patches, Pin Batches, Creative Underwear Box Wrapping and B-ball Cups.

「ダニエル・パリッロ（Daniel Palillo）はヘルシンキを拠点として活躍中のファッションデザイナー。奇怪で記号的なデザインを好む。2006年以降自らの名を冠したブランド･コレクションを通して、独自の世界でオーバーサイズのシルエットや擬人化されたモチーフ、三次元構造を探求してきた。彼が私たちに求めたのは奇抜さであり、曰く「完璧であるべきでない」。彼の考えに合うような独特のラフさを実現するのは困難であった。ダニエルの製作拠点はヨーロッパだが、彼の服を送ってもらうのではなく、デザインの刺繍を巨大、大、小のワッペンの形に作ってフィンランドに送り、最終的に服に縫い付けることにした。ダニエルとのコラボは非常に楽しかった。彼は様々なレベルで私たちに挑んできた。多くの協同プロジェクトを行い、彼のアートやインスピレーションを油絵やモンスター・ベルクロのワッペン、一つのワッペンに三つの巨大なワッペン、ピンバッチ、アンダーウェア用のクリエイティブなラッピングボックス、ベースボールキャップなどの刺繍アイテムに再現してきた。
